Enterprise technology, business strategy and digital innovation.
Transforming complex programs into clear, measurable operations.
Leonardo Ribeiro Pinto is a technology consultant, entrepreneur and founder of AIM-COM™ helping automotive manufacturers, dealer networks and related organizations move from complex ideas to governed, scalable and measurable operations.
Leonardo Ribeiro Pinto
Multi-market technology and cooperative marketing operations.
Annual cooperative-marketing and incentive activity supported by technology.
Monthly transactions analyzed with automated controls and audit mechanisms.
Built at the intersection of technology, business and automotive networks.
My goal is to help organizations transform complex programs into centralized, transparent, measurable and secure operations.
AIM-COM™ organizes the consulting, technology implementation, governance and continuous-improvement practices behind that objective.
For more than seventeen years, Leonardo has worked at the intersection of technology, business and entrepreneurship. Since 2011, he has led technology ventures and developed proprietary solutions for major organizations, particularly within the automotive industry.
His work combines operational assessment, process redesign, technology configuration and implementation, governance, data analysis, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, training, measurement and continuous improvement. He works with organizations to understand how funds and incentives move through a network, where approvals and documentation fail, how systems exchange information and how management can gain better visibility.
He does not position this work as software sales alone or as general business consulting. The professional model combines specialized automotive-industry consulting, entrepreneurial problem-solving and proprietary technology to improve the infrastructure through which manufacturers administer cooperative-marketing funds and incentive programs across dealer networks. His entrepreneurship training strengthens the commercial layer of that work: identifying innovation opportunities, validating customer value, shaping business models and communicating a credible path from pilot to scale.
A practical implementation model for manufacturer–dealer ecosystems.
The independent practice begins by understanding how a cooperative-marketing or incentive program actually operates, then redesigns the workflows, technology and controls needed to make the program more centralized, transparent, measurable, secure and efficient.
Assess the operation
Map fund allocation, dealer access, submissions, approvals, documentation, compliance, fraud vulnerabilities and performance measurement.
Redesign the workflow
Reduce fragmented handoffs and unnecessary manual work while strengthening approval paths, data integration and documentation.
Implement and improve
Configure proprietary technology, train users, monitor results, strengthen audit trails and refine the model for replication.
From enterprise delivery to an independent implementation practice.
The progression of Leonardo's career reflects a gradual expansion of scope—from enterprise technology and business leadership to automotive network operations, international implementation and the formal organization of AIM-COM™.

Professional membershipsA career shaped by building, leading and improving.
Beyond technology delivery, Leonardo's professional trajectory reflects entrepreneurship, innovation commercialization, long-term relationship building and a continuous commitment to developing practical solutions for complex business environments.
Strategy, technology and execution should operate as one system.
That principle is central to Leonardo's professional approach: understand the business problem, design the operating model, build the enabling technology, create appropriate controls, support adoption and use evidence to improve the next decision.
“The strongest path forward is not to ask the market to believe in a broad transformation immediately. It is to run a focused 90-day pilot, measure the result, update the business model, and expand only when the evidence supports it.”From the AIM-COM™ Business Plan · Customer validation, pilot design and evidence-based scale Read the full AIM-COM™ Business Plan →
to Method
Experience converted into a repeatable methodology.
AIM-COM™ is the formal organization of professional knowledge and practices developed through years of automotive cooperative marketing, enterprise technology, governance, network operations, entrepreneurship and digital transformation. It translates a validated operating problem into a repeatable methodology and scalable business model.
- Strategy must connect to an operating model, not remain a presentation.
- Funding rules must be understandable enough to drive participation.
- Governance should make execution safer and faster—not simply add bureaucracy.
- Technology must support the method, the people and the decisions.
- Measurement should lead to a specific next action.
- Innovation should be validated through customer value, operating evidence and a credible path to scale.
